How many forms can I create?
Our plans limit the number of responses, but in terms of the number of forms you can create, there's no limit.
Can I use a form on my website?
Sure, you can load your form as a popup when visitors click a button on your website or blog.
Can I integrate it with my email marketing tool?
It’s possible to integrate Getform with your email marketing service and send email addresses to your mailing list automatically. We also offer Webhooks and API to send collected data to a third-party app.

What data do the forms collect from respondents?
In addition to the form fields you configure, all Getform widgets collect a visitor's IP address, location, OS, browser and device type. Please note that you are not allowed to collect sensitive personal data using Getform.
Can I sign a DPA with you?
We have eliminated the need to sign a Data Processing Agreement by including the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to the Terms of Service you agree to when you register a Getform account. SCCs have been validated by the Court of Justice of the EU as they offer sufficient safeguards to protect user data when it's transferred internationally.
Can I collect 'explicit consent' to process personal data using your forms?
Yes, you can collect explicit consent from your respondents when you capture their data. To do that, simply add a mandatory consent checkbox to your form. This way, your respondents won't be able to submit any information without providing explicit consent to data processing.
How long do you store collected data for?
By default, all the data in your account is stored for as long as the account exists. After you delete your account, the data is stored for 30 days and then permanently deleted. If you need some of your account data deleted faster, let us know.
Where do you store data?
All data is stored on secure Amazon servers. The servers are located in the US.
What about the right to be forgotten, the right to object, etc.?
If you receive a request to erase or rectify personal data processed by Getform, simply contact us at contact@getform.com. We have the tools to accommodate such requests.

Getform offers three subscription plans: Creator ($9/mo), Pro ($19/mo), and Pro Max ($29/mo). Plans have monthly form response limits and different feature sets.
What happens if I reach the response limit?
Once you reach the limit allowed on your plan, your forms will be automatically paused. They will no longer collect new submissions until the plan is upgraded or the response counter is reset.
Can I switch between plans after I've signed up for one?
You can certainly change your subscription plan, as well as a billing cycle at any time. If you alter your plan in the middle of a billing period, any unused balance will be carried over to future billing periods.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal payments and all major credit cards.
How can I get a receipt for my payment?
You can download receipts for any of your payments in the Billing section of your account.
